Stingray City Issues in the Cayman Islands
Stingray City is a popular place in the Cayman Islands, so you should consider going there. Many people are scare of being stung, which rarely happens because stingrays are gentle animals
Stingray City is a cool place to visit in the Cayman Islands; however, some people are a bit nervous about taking this trip. Swimming with the stingrays is a great experience, and although some people have been stung, it is preventable. You defiantly should not let your fears stop you from meeting these gentle animals, because if you try it, you will be happy that you did.
If you want to know what causes stingrays to sting people, your tour guide will tell you the basic rules. You will also be told what you should do, and what you should not do when a stingray is near you. For example, the guide will tell you not to swim over a stingray while it is underwater because for some reason, this angers it. After you know all the rules, you should not have any problems, and you and the stingrays will get along fine.
Generally, a stingray is like a kitten, it cuddles you and loves your attention, but if you treat it the wrong way, it might attack you. Stingrays usually have a good reason for stinging people, so if you make a mistake and one of them stings you, do not worry, your guide will help you. The sting will hurt a little, but your tour guide will give you some ammonia to relieve the pain. Do not confuse the stingrays in
Stingray City with wild ocean stingrays, when an ocean stingray stings, it hurts, and the pain is so bad that tourists have to go to the hospital.
Stingray City’s stingrays are use to tourists and they are gentle, so your chances of being stung are slim.

You should bring your entire family to Stingray City in the Cayman Islands because the place is like a petting zoo. Your kids will enjoy feeding the stingrays, and they will swim to their hands and eat. If you or your kids get nervous around these creatures, you can still experience this trip, all you have to do is not offer them food. No food means less attention, so if you want to hang out in the water and watch the animals, you can, because they will not swim near you if you do not have food for them.
Some people have had quite a few stingrays swimming around them and it looks sort of like a cloud of smoke underwater. Once you build your confidence, you can try this trick; however, it may take a few visits and a good amount of food, but overtime, you will grow to trust these animals, which makes each return trip a better experience.
Swimming with stingrays is an awesome way to have fun while in the Cayman Islands; you do not have to worry about being stung, because the tour guide gives you all the rules. If you are a bit nervous before the trip, do not try to feed the stingrays because they only swim around tourists with food. Stingray City is a cool place, and you will definitely want to revisit all the stingrays again
