Cayman Islands - Night and Day at the Beach
Night and day activities on the beaches in the Cayman Islands are unique. Many people prefer daytime activities; however, there is interesting stuff to checkout during the night as well.
When most people visit the Cayman Islands, they spend a lot of time on the beach. The beach is where all the fun happens; many tourists like the beach more than indoor events. The activities on the beach during the day and night are not the same. Although many tourists enjoy themselves more during day, there are a few issues. The sun’s heat can be a huge problem for some people; the heat can really turn pale skin a lot darker.
Daytime on the beach in the Cayman Islands is a lot of fun, but you have to arrive prepared. The sun will be very hot, so you will need a good sunscreen. During the summer, the beach is a steamy place no matter where you choose to sit. If you have pale skin, do not expect it to stay that way after your vacation is over. It will be a challenge keeping your skin the way you want; your skin will still turn darker even in the shade.
If you are concerned about your skin turning to a darker tone, do not stay outdoors all day. A good way to keep your skin under control is by going swimming. In Sting Ray City, many tourists enjoy snorkeling with the stingrays to keep cool.
At Sting Ray City Sandbar, many people get to swim and feed the stingrays. Everyone should try this activity; it is a good way to beat the heat. Although swimming with the stingrays is cool, some people do not know how to swim with them. Anyone who decides not to swim with the stingrays is really missing out on something great. Sting Ray City’s staff wants everyone to swim with the stingrays.
The staff gives each guest proper swim training and equipment before the activity begins. The training is helpful; however, tourists still have fun with the stingray without swimming. The stingrays will swim around anyone within their reach; they swim faster when someone has food. After a fun day at the beach, most tourists head back to their hotels. Instead of going back to your hotel, you should checkout the cool night-time sites at 7-mile beach.

During the night, 7-mile beach is a good place to see some awesome sites. You should bring a flashlight with you because it will be quite dark. Although you will have a flashlight, do not use it the moment you get to the beach. If you stand on the beach for a few minutes, your eyes will adjust to the darkness. Your flashlight will still be used; you should turn it on whenever you see something unusual moving on the sand.
If you visit the beach on a calm night, you will see white crabs walking on the sand. Be sure to keep your eyes open because jellyfish will also be on the beach. If you get to close to a jellyfish, you might get stung if you are bare foot. Night-time in
the Cayman Islands should be experienced at 7-Mile Beach; you should choose a night when the moon is out.
In the Cayman Islands, daytime on the beach is very different from night-time on the beach. Daytime is when the beach is crowded, and there are many activities available. Night-time is more peaceful; you can really enjoy the night-time scenery by visiting 7-Mile Beach
