Sea Spi Tour in the Cayman Islands
A Sea Spi tour should be experienced when you visit the Cayman Islands because it is fun and your entire family will enjoy it. The watercraft is safe, and it moves quite slowly
The Caymans Islands have great land tours, but when the temperature reaches 95 degrees, a water-based tour is quite possible the best tour to book. Water-based tours keep tourists cool and happy during this type of weather; the cold ocean water is very refreshing when the sun’s heat is unbearable. A wave runner tour is an option; however, you should check out a
Sea Spi tour first. This type of tour is better because it provides a memorable overall experience, which is also educational and fun for all ages.
A Sea Spi tour is located in Grand Cayman; when you book this tour in advance, you get to choose if you want to walk or ride to the touring site. Using the tour van is a good idea, because on hot days, it is extremely tough walking a mile to the watercrafts. If you choose to save your money and walk, pay attention to the ocean waves, because if they are rough, the tour may be cancelled. Some tourists have walked to the site and then waited in the hot sun for the tour to begin, not knowing that it was cancelled. To avoid this, call and ask someone if the tour is still scheduled if you plan to walk to the site.
During this particular Cayman Islands’ tour, the sun will be blazing, so you need the proper clothing to protect yourself. You need a long sleeve shirt and some breathable pants such as khakis to keep the sunrays always from your skin. If you get hot while wearing these clothes, you can dive into the water and wet your outfit to keep cool. A few minutes before the tour starts, the staff will ask you to remove your valuable belonging; the staff gives you a place to store your items, and they lock the door as well. If you have something like an expensive watch or a piece of jewelry you always wear, you may not feel comfortable leaving it in the storeroom during the tour, so just leave your expensive items at the hotel. You should only bring a few extra items such as a change of clothes, water shoes, sunscreen, and a bottle of water.

The actual tour takes place on an electric type watercraft, which moves quite slowly even at the highest speed. Each tourist can choose from a single or double watercraft; the single type is great for teenagers and adults, double watercrafts work well for couples or parents with small kids. Elderly people will also enjoy this tour because the seats are quite comfortable, so muscle or joint pain will not be a problem. The tour lasts only two hours, but you will really enjoy it because you will meet many types of animals. After the tour guide finishes teaches everyone about the watercraft, the tour starts, and within minutes, you will see colorful tropical fish swimming nearby underwater. The tours guide will tell you about the sites you see above and below water; your watercraft’s glass bottom helps you see the deep-sea creatures and plants. You will see turtles, stingrays, nurse sharks, and more; if you like animals, make this tour your first choice.
A Sea Spi tour is a family friendly type of tour that you should not pass up when you visit
the Cayman Islands
